BERLIN MUSEUM OF MEDICAL HISTORY

The Charité Medical History Collection Portal presents the extensive holdings of the Medical Humanities Library & Collection (BSMH) of the Institute for the History of Medicine and Ethics in Medicine (IGMEM) and the collection of documents of the Berlin Museum of Medical History (BMM) of the Charité.
It brings together a wide range of materials and directories on the history and ethics of medicine from both institutions and makes them available to researchers, teachers and an interested public. The joint portal is intended to make research easier for users and improve accessibility to the collections by adding digitized archive materials.

You can browse the collection portal across all locations or search according to formal categories and content-related keywords. You are welcome to submit requests to view collections and directories directly via the portal.
